Introducing Taskaid

What Taskaid is today, one list shared by you and the assistants you already use.

We first wrote about Taskaid in October 2023, when it was a to-do list you could talk to through ChatGPT. It has changed a lot since, so this post now describes Taskaid as it is today.

Taskaid is task management between you and your agents. It's built for personal work, and designed so that you and the assistants you already use share one list: tasks, plans and next steps.

Works where you already are

Taskaid connects to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex and Manus. You can add, plan and review tasks from inside the conversation, without opening another app.

A daily plan, written with your assistant

Your tasks, meetings and loose ends become a plan for the day, written with your assistant. Connect tools like Jira, Slack and your calendar, and the plan can draw on them too.

Handoff

You can switch assistants in the middle of a task. The notes, decisions and next steps stay with the task, so the next assistant picks up where the last one stopped.

Small on purpose

Three ideas shape what we build:

  • Your work should outlive the conversation.
  • There should be little to learn.
  • You should have less to manage.

Taskaid lives at taskaid.ai.
